A contract is formed when a quotation is accepted, payment is made, or work is instructed.

1. Privacy & Site Conduct

1.1 The Customer is strictly prohibited from making videos, taking photographs, or recording any work in progress on the worksite without prior written permission from the Company.

2. Communication With Workers & Subcontractors

2.1 The Customer shall not directly communicate with, instruct, negotiate with, or interfere with any Company workers, employees, or subcontractors regarding the work, materials, schedules, pricing, or business operations.

2.2 All communication relating to the project must be made directly through Company management only.

3. Confidentiality of Costs & Business Information

3.1 The Customer has no right to discuss, request, question, or interfere with internal cost prices, labour rates, supplier pricing, subcontractor charges, profit margins, or any confidential business information belonging to the Company.

4. Site Visits & Appointments

4.1 Customers may visit the worksite only by prior appointment and with approval from Company management.

4.2 Unscheduled or unauthorised visits are not permitted under any circumstances.

5. Health, Safety & Work Environment

5.1 During work in progress, the site may contain hazardous tools, equipment, materials, or unsafe conditions.

5.2 Unscheduled visits may create health and safety risks and may disturb or distract workers and subcontractors while carrying out their duties.

5.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse entry where workers or subcontractors feel uncomfortable, interrupted, unsafe, or where the visit may interfere with work progress or operations.

6. Unauthorised Access & Interference

6.1 The Customer must not enter, interfere with, or attend the worksite without a confirmed appointment.

6.2 Any interference with Company staff, subcontractors, workflow, pricing structure, or operations shall be considered a breach of Company policy.

7. Breach of Policy & Company Rights

7.1 If the Customer violates any of the above conditions, the Company reserves the full right to:

(a) Issue financial penalties or fines;

(b) Suspend ongoing work immediately;

(c) Terminate or withdraw the agreed quotation, contract, or pricing;

(d) Charge additional costs for delays, disruption, or wasted time;

(e) Recover damages, legal expenses, and losses through legal or court action where necessary.

8. Acceptance of Terms

8.1 By accepting the quotation, or allowing work to commence, the Customer agrees to all Company privacy, confidentiality, safety, and conduct policies stated above.

5. Professional Conduct

Clients must not form personal relationships with employees or contact staff outside official channels. Breach may result in termination.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment plans are fixed and binding
  • Schedules may change but payments remain due
  • Late payments may result in charges and delays

7. Programme and Completion

We aim to complete work on time. Delays will be communicated.

8. Variations and Additional Work

Extra work must be agreed and paid immediately.

9. Site Access and Safety

Site visits require approval. Construction areas are hazardous.

10. Materials and Equipment

All materials remain Company property until full payment.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate services due to late payment or breach.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should be resolved through negotiation or UK legal process.

13. Privacy Policy

We handle personal data responsibly for service delivery only.

14. Cookies

15. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses or delays beyond control.

16. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays due to external factors.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to these terms.By accepting the quotation, services or allowing work to commence, the Customer agrees to all Company privacy, confidentiality, safety, and conduct policies stated above.

Worker Confidentiality, Conduct & Compliance Agreement (UK)

This Agreement applies to all employees, workers, subcontractors, agency staff, temporary workers, and self-employed contractors engaged by the Company.

1. Professional Conduct and Loyalty

1.1 All workers must act honestly, professionally, and in the best interests of the Company at all times.

1.2 Workers are required to maintain high standards of workmanship, behaviour, safety, and customer service.

1.3 Workers must comply with all Company rules, policies, procedures, and lawful management instructions.

1.4 Workers must perform their duties sincerely, responsibly, and with respect towards clients, colleagues, and Company management.

2. Client Communication and Private Arrangements

2.1 Workers and subcontractors must not enter into private agreements or arrangements with Company clients.

2.2 Workers must not directly negotiate prices, quotations, or additional work with clients without written authorisation from the Company.

2.3 Workers must not exchange personal contact details, addresses, contract information, or payment details with clients unless authorised by Company management.

2.4 All communication relating to Company work must be conducted through authorised Company representatives only.

3. Gifts, Bonuses and Anti-Bribery

3.1 Workers and subcontractors must not request, solicit, or accept any bribe, unauthorised payment, gift, reward, commission, or bonus from any client, supplier, or third party connected to Company business.

3.2 If a client offers any gift, bonus, reward, or financial benefit, the worker must immediately report the matter to Company management.

3.3 The Company shall decide, at its sole discretion, whether any gift or bonus may be accepted.

3.4 Any breach of this clause may constitute gross misconduct and may result in disciplinary action, termination, and/or legal proceedings under applicable UK law, including the Bribery Act 2010.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

4.1 All Company information, client details, pricing, contracts, worksites, business operations, supplier information, and internal processes are strictly confidential.

4.2 Workers and subcontractors must not disclose, copy, share, publish, or communicate confidential information to any third party without prior written permission from the Company.

4.3 Any agreements between the Company, workers, subcontractors, suppliers, or clients must remain private and confidential.

4.4 Confidentiality obligations continue during and after termination of employment or engagement.

5. Photography, Recording and Site Information

5.1 Workers and subcontractors are strictly prohibited from taking or sharing photographs, videos, recordings, screenshots, or copies of:

  • worksites;
  • client premises;
  • Company documents;
  • equipment or materials; or
  • confidential information
  • without prior written authorisation from the Company.

5.2 Unauthorised recording or sharing of information may be treated as serious misconduct, breach of confidentiality, or commercial espionage.

5.3 The Company reserves the right to take disciplinary and/or legal action in relation to any unauthorised photography or disclosure.

6. Right to Work and Identity Verification

6.1 All workers and subcontractors must have a legal right to work in the United Kingdom.

6.2 Workers must provide valid proof of identity and right-to-work documentation before commencing work.

6.3 The Company reserves the right to verify all documents and employment status in accordance with UK immigration and employment laws.

6.4 Failure to provide valid documentation may result in suspension or termination of engagement.

7. Cash Payments and Illegal Activity

7.1 Workers and subcontractors must not request or accept undeclared cash payments from clients or third parties in relation to Company work.

7.2 If the Company reasonably suspects unlawful financial activity, fraud, tax evasion, theft, or misconduct, the Company reserves the right to conduct an investigation and report the matter to the relevant authorities or government departments where appropriate.

8. Company Tools, Equipment and Property

8.1 Workers and subcontractors are responsible for the proper use, care, and safekeeping of all Company tools, equipment, machinery, materials, keys, vehicles, and property issued to them or under their control.

8.2 Any loss, theft, damage, or missing Company property must be reported to management immediately.

8.3 In the event that any Company tool or equipment is lost or missing, the Company reserves the right to carry out an internal inquiry or investigation.

8.4 Where negligence, misuse, unauthorised use, or misconduct is identified, the worker or subcontractor may be held responsible and subject to disciplinary action, recovery of costs where lawful, termination of engagement, and/or legal proceedings.

9. Compliance with Company Policies

9.1 Workers and subcontractors must comply with all Company policies and procedures, including:

  • confidentiality;
  • health and safety;
  • anti-bribery;
  • professional conduct;
  • data protection;
  • client relations; and
  • legal and regulatory compliance.

10. Breach of Agreement

10.1 Any breach of this Agreement may result in:

  • disciplinary action;
  • removal from site;
  • suspension;
  • termination of employment or contract;
  • recovery of financial losses where lawful; and/or
  • legal proceedings where appropriate.

10.2 Serious breaches may constitute gross misconduct.

11. Acceptance of Terms

11.1 By accepting employment, engagement, or assignment with the Company, the worker or subcontractor confirms that they:
have read and understood this Agreement; and
agree to comply fully with all terms and conditions contained within it.
